Contact enquiries
The form collects your name, email and the business and project details you provide. The brief may include goals, references, content, timing and budget. These details are used to assess your request, respond and prepare a proposal.
Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase Firestore. You can also email us or open a WhatsApp conversation. Avoid including sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.
Processing a quote request you initiate may be based on steps prior to entering a contract. The legal basis for other enquiries must be established according to their purpose.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics for Firebase starts only after you accept analytics. Navigation and interaction events, such as contact clicks, help us understand website use. Form answers, names and email addresses are not included in those events.
You can reject analytics or withdraw consent in the privacy preferences. Withdrawal disables future collection; it does not automatically delete previously collected data. Your choice is saved in browser local storage.
Services used
Hosting uses Cloudflare and form enquiries use Google Firebase. WhatsApp opens an external Meta service with its own terms and privacy policy.
Storage region, analytics settings, authorised access and any international transfers still need confirmation. This draft does not claim safeguards that have not been verified.
Data retention
Retention periods for enquiries and analytics are still to be defined. The current form implementation does not automatically delete records after a set period. Retention periods and deletion procedures must be established before this policy is finalised.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
