The service and proposal
ElorenLabs creates websites for local businesses. Each proposal defines pages, features, content, timing and price. Additional features need a separate quote.
Projects labelled as concepts illustrate a visual direction. They are not client projects or testimonials.
Pricing and payment
A one-page website has an indicative range of €299 to €399. A 3 to 5 page website has an indicative range of €499 to €699. The proposal states the final price and applicable tax treatment.
The proposed payment schedule is 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. Payment dates and conditions for starting work are confirmed in the proposal.
Content, revisions and delivery
The client supplies materials and confirms permission to use text, photographs, brands and other content. Timing also depends on receiving materials and feedback.
Revision allowances, acceptance criteria and the transfer of files and usage rights must be defined in the proposal. This draft does not establish final conditions for these points.
Hosting and maintenance
The current offer proposes managed hosting from €9.99 per month with a proposed 12-month minimum. It includes up to two small update requests per month, capped at 30 minutes in total, for text or images on existing pages.
New pages and additional features are quoted separately. Domain registration and renewal, external services, backups and their scope need confirmation in the proposal.
Cancellation and departure
Cancellation, refunds, renewal and website handover or migration conditions still need to be defined. They must be agreed before contracting. These conditions do not override applicable statutory rights.
